GENERAL BOARD FUNCTIONS - Updated: February 17, 2019

It is the Board of Directors’ and its officers’ responsibility to uphold the league preamble and to oversee the league activities.

It is the Board of Directors’ responsibilities to approve and enact league policy and procedures.

It's also the Board of Directors' and its officers' responsibility to work within the framework of their individual responsibilities.

It is the league officers' responsibilities to enforce the policies and rules enacted by the Board of Directors.

It is the officers' responsibility to keep the Board informed of actions taken to enforce those policies.
