FIELD CONDUCT RULES - Updated: February 17, 2019

Violation of Field Conduct Rules may result in your removal from league play. The League President has the authority to impose whatever penalties required in order too enforce these rules and insure that the league does not suffer the lose of any field for violations of these rules. 1. Simple rule always leave the field in better condition than it was when you arrived. 2. Absolutely NO tobacco products on school property. 3. BOTH TEAMS are responsible to pick up the trash in the dugouts and in the stands after your games. 4. HOME TEAM gets choice of dugouts....NOT first team to show up!!! 5. Park only in designated parking places......NOT on dirt roads or in access ways!!! 6. NEVER NEVER try to break into a lock box for ANYTHING. Call a League Official with problems. 7. When informed that a field is closed, even if it looks playable, DO NOT play on that field. Remember, we are quests and as such, if a coach says no games today thats what it means and there is no since in sighting an argument with him. 8. NO RELIEVING ones self anywhere near the playing field or dugouts. Anyone caught doing this gets an automatic 6 game minimum suspension. 9. Any throwing of equipment will get you ejected from the game, so dont be surprised when it happens. 10. If ejected from a game, you are not allowed to stay around for the finish. The ejected player MUST leave the facilities immediately and not be able to be seen or heard from the field of play. If an ejected player has not removed himself form the facilities within five (5) minutes from the time of ejection the umpires shall declare the game forfeit. Even if the ejected player remains quiet but remains at the facility, the league shall asses a minimum of a one game suspension. Additionally, if an ejected player has not removed himself from the facility and continues to voice his displeasure load enough to be heard on the playing field, said player shall be suspended for no less then three (3) games in addition to the number of games received for his ejection. 11. If you are at a field and someone informs you that you can or cannot conduct any certain activity, it is your responsibility to adhere to their request without argument. It is always better to error on the side of caution then not to. |
